A MAN has been spared jail after he repeatedly went to a house in Little Hulton in breach of a non-molestation order.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Warren Moores, aged 34, of Bridgeman Place, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offences and was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for two years.
He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work plus 20 days of rehabilitation activities and was ordered to pay £291 in costs and charges.
A restraining order was made banning Moores from contacting his victim or going to Owlwood Close, Little Hulton.
