A theatre in Bolton will be showing a play for a great cause next week.

Bolton Little Theatre, near the town centre, will be showing Hobson’s Choice by Harold Brighouse on Friday, June 17 at 6:30pm.

The event is in aid of Bolton Carers Support, a non-profit organisation that aims to make all carers feel valued and to receive the information and support they deserve and are entitled to.

The ticket price of £20 for this event includes a buffet, a glass of wine and a seat.

The play will be performed by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd, a large theatre group.

Hobson’s Choice was written by Harold Brighouse in 1915 and is set amongst the cobbles of 1880s Salford.

It bears resemblance to Cinderella and King Lear, following the lives of boot-shop owner Henry Hobson and his three daughters.

If you’d like to book a ticket, ring Bolton Carers Support on 01204 363056 or Liz on 07906690829.
