MAGISTRATES have sentenced a man to four weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months after he admitted speaking to a woman on July 12 last year, in breach of a restraining order.
Manchester magistrates heard that, at the time, Anthony Eyres, aged 28, of Green Way, Bolton, was subject to a suspended prison sentence for possessing a knife in public and stalking.
He was ordered to participate in a relationships programme for 33 days and must pay £250 in prosecution costs plus £128 towards victim services.
A restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim or going to Pegamoid Street, Bolton.
