A MAN who failed to name the driver of a Mercedes, on July 9, 2018, who police suspected of committing an offence, has been fined £180 by Wigan magistrates.
The case against Lee Knott, aged 39, of Lord Street, Kearsley, was proved in his absence.
Six points were added to his licence and he was ordered to pay £34 towards the cost of funding victim services.
