A TEENAGER caught driving a Vauxhall Corsa without a licence or insurance has been fined £120.

At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Riley Hulme, aged 18, of Beechcroft Grove, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offences when he drove the vehicle on Whitehill Lane, Bolton, on September 3 last year.

He was also ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges and six points were added to his driving record.
