A MAN who breached a court order and posted comments about a woman between June 19 and 24 has been sentenced to a conditional discharge for 12 months.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court James Stevens, aged 33, of Thornbank, Bolton, admitted committing the offence and was also ordered to pay £107 in costs and charges.
A restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim.
