Bolton Library will be holding a free mindfulness session next week.

The session, which will be at Bolton Central Library and Museum, will give people free access to mindfulness training run by a qualified counsellor for over 18s only.

This session will take place on Tuesday between 5.30pm and 7.30pm, but other sessions are available at later dates too.

Mindfulness is said to improve mental wellbeing, by focusing on thoughts and feelings and the world in the 'present moment'.
