A clothes shop could be set to be transformed into a brand-new dessert bar and café if plans put forward recently are approved.
The proposal will see a space on Crescent Road in Great Lever has until now been occupied by Al-Zahra Collections, which specialises in women’s clothing, turned into a desert shop open to members of the public.

The plans were lodged on June 28.
If approved, the new desert shop will feature a seating area, a serving counter, along with a rear yard, backrooms and kitchens with a storage area all in a fairly small space on Crescent Road.
