A Bolton takeaway is having its licence reviewed after an "unacceptable level of crime" associated with it.
Shah's Pizza on Bradshawgate is at risk of losing its permission to trade.
An application for a review of its licence has been made to Bolton Council.
A copy of the notice has been put up outside the firm's premises.
The grounds for this are the prevention of crime and disorder.
The application states: "There has been an unacceptable level of crime and disorder associated with these premises.
"The premises has failed to deal and address the volume of incidents and levels of crime and disorder.
"They continue to open until 6am when the atmosphere is at its most volatile and the level of violence seen in the incidents is at its worst."
The review hearing will be arranged for a future date, but interested persons have until August 19 to respond.
