A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash on a busy Bolton road.
The crash happened this morning (Friday, June 29) at around 8am on Plodder Lane in Farnworth, which involved a motorbike.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed that a motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash, but their injuries aren’t believed to be life threatening.
An investigation is underway.
A spokesperson from Greater Manchester Police said: “We received a report at around 8.15am on Friday 29 July 2022, of an RTC involving a motorcycle.
“Enquiries are ongoing and the rider has been taken to hospital with injuries believed not thought to be life threatening.”
A spokesperson from North West Ambulance Service said: “We responded to an road traffic collision involving a motorbike. The rider suffered non-serious injuries and was taken to hospital.”
