A teenager who raped a girl when he was just 17-years-old, has been jailed.
Reece Hunter-Love pleaded guilty to the offence on day-two of a trial at Preston Crown Court earlier this year.
The now 18-year-old, of Erdington Road, Blackpool, admitted to raping the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, after she had fallen asleep while drunk.
He was also charged with assault by penetration, which again, he admitted to on day-two of the same trial.
On Thursday, at Preston Cown Court, Hunter-Love, who has no previous convictions, but according to prosecuting barrister, Geoff Whelen, "lacked maturity", was sentenced to five years in prison and was placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £170.
