A DRIVER who failed to provide police with a breath sample has been ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work.
At Bolton Magistrates’ Court Shazad Hussain, aged 47, of Croston Street, Bolton, denied committing the offence in Bury on April 7 but was convicted following a trial.
As well as the unpaid work, Hussain was ordered to participate in 20 days of rehabilitation activities.
He was banned from driving for 40 months and must also pay £734 in costs and charges.
