Stolen car driver had no licence
A MAN who stole a Nissan Note in Bolton on June 4 and drove it on Chorley New Road without a licence or insurance, has been fined £150 by Wigan magistrates.
Abdullah Shabbir, aged 21, of Victoria Road, Barking, pleaded guilty to committing the offences.
He was banned from applying for a driving licence for three months and must pay £119 in costs and charges.
