A DRIVER who had drunk more than double the legal level of alcohol has been banned from holding a licence for 20 months.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Ben Glendening, aged 29, of Winslow Road, Bolton, pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Mercedes C Class on Derby Street, Bolton, on May 29.
He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £125 in costs and charges.
