Bolton Cares is offering help to people suffering from mental health difficulties.
The Helpful House, located at The Square on Victoria Square in the town centre, is open each weekday.
People can attend drop in sessions between 10am and 1pm or book a slot between 2pm and 4pm.
To book an appointment people can call 01204 382 411 or attend and do so in person.
A spokesperson for Bolton Cares said: "Don’t be scared to ask for help.
"Everyone needs it from time to time.
"A little help goes a long way."
Mental health assistance is also available elsewhere.
If you're struggling with your mental health or are in crisis, you can call Samaritans free of charge on 116 123 - they're available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
