Man fined £660 after failing to name driver
A MAN has been fined £660 by Manchester magistrates after he failed to name the driver of a Mazda 2 who police alleged had committed an offence.
The case against Johny Anwar, aged 33, of Carlton Street, Farnworth, was proved and he was also ordered to pay £156 in costs and charges while six points were added to his licence.
