LEIGH Centurions returned to LSV after a seven-week absence and continued their march at the top of the Betfred Championship with a 52-20 win over Barrow Raiders.

After the visitors had opened the scoring Leigh responded at the quarter mark through Kai O’Donnell.
Five minutes before half time, substitute Edwin Ipape put Leigh into the lead.
And skipper Joe Mellor extended the lead just before the break, with Leigh going in 18-8 up.
Second half tries from Ed Chamberlain, Ipape, Mark Ioane Krisnan Inu, James McDonnell and Aaron Smith sealed and emphatic victory for Centurions.
