He said: "My restaurant only normally recieves four or five ratings but we recieved a one rating due to the check in check out book you fill in.

"Over the past two years due to Covid the book has been all over the place.

"When the inspector came out he said the place is amazing but he said he had to give us a one because of the book.

"He has since come back to give us a new score.

"If you look at my place it is really clean but he said its how the system works if the book isn't filled in they take three points off the rating.

"The only issue was the book, look at my reviews, my place is well-known and well established, reviews will answer themselves.

"I have had an established business for 11 years and people come here all the way from London, I run professionally.

"It's not like my place is bad, it's just the books, I've spent over £1000 for training courses too.

"I've always been rated a four or five and this was a mistake regarding my books.

"I've called the council and they were shocked the one rating was put online because they are coming back out to rate us again, and I'm sure when they come out again we will be rated four or five.

"I took action straight away because its not good for business, we have been in business for 11 years and I've never had less than a four or five rating."
