Pensioner, 82, fined after exposing genitals
MAGISTRATES have fined a pensioner £80 after he admitted intentionally exposing his genitals on July 23 last year.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court, Kenneth Stockton, aged 82, of Church Road, Stoneclough, pleaded guilty to committing the offence intending that someone should see and be caused alarm or distress.
Stockton, who had initially denied committing the crime, was ordered to participate in 15 days of rehabilitation activities and must pay £415 in costs and charges.
