Do I believe in ghosts?
Of course not, but as I was eating my lunch in the café I felt a distinct light touch on my right shoulder and I turned round to see who it was. There was nobody there and nobody near enough to have touched me and moved on.
Later I discovered that the house is said to be haunted by the ghost of a woman whose son died 400 years ago in tragic circumstances.
