A MAN crashed his car after becoming ill at the wheel.
The emergency services were called to Longsight Road, Holcombe Brook, at 3.20pm.
The vehicle had turned over on its side and the driver had to be cut free by firefighters.
He was suffering from hypoglycemic shock related to his diabetes and was taken to Fairfield General Hospital.
