ATHERTON Colls failed to capitalise on a good start and were happy to settle for a point.
They took the lead after just five minutes when Denis Shannon put David Holt clear and he shot home from 18 yards.
Colls failed to take advantage and on 38 minutes a flick-on allowed Danny Hartley to head home from six yards.
Keeper Josh Harris made a couple of good saves to stretch Colls' unbeaten league run to four games.
