A local community group is inviting the people of Horwich to come together and fight the Monday blues each week.
Friends of Horwich Talkin' Tables are inviting people to join their friendly group of folk from around the area at Thyme Deli on Winter Hey Lane from 10.30am to 11.30am each Monday morning.
A spokesman said: "Don't stay home alone. Come out for good company."
Residents say they are looking forward to joining the group.
Talkin' Tables are also recruiting new voluntary table leaders for one hour a week.
They are inviting people to join their amazing team who are conquering loneliness one table at a time.
