Police have arrested the front-seat passenger of a car on suspicion of entering the UK illegally.
Officers spotted the Honda Jazz while patrolling on Wigan Road, Bolton, last night, Friday.
They say the driver was found to have no licence or insurance and that the front-seat passenger had entered the UK illegally.
Police reported that they ensured the car stopped on Derby Street before arresting the passenger and seizing the car.
Sharing a picture of the car, a spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: “This Honda Jazz was sighted by #RPTF patrols on Wigan Road, Bolton.
“Stopped on Derby Street, the driver was found to have no licence or insurance and the front seat passenger arrested having entered the UK illegally. Car seized S165”
