A man was taken to hospital after a crash in Bolton today.
Emergency services were called to Hulton Lane at around 1.30pm.
They found two vehicles had been involved in a crash.
Four fire units were sent to the scene and were there for around an hour.
A fire service spoksperson said: "Were were called to a two vehicle road traffic collision on Hulton Lane at 1.30pm.
"We could not remove him form the vehicle until the North West Ambulance Service got there.
"They took him to the Royal Bolton Hospital with back injuries."
