A suspected drink driver has been arrested after crashing a BMW in Bolton, police have said.
The crash took place on St Georges Road near the town centre at around 11.30pm last night, Sunday 30 October.
Greater Manchester Police officers attended reports of a crash to find the car, with the the driver who was reportedly almost three times over the legal limit for alcohol.
For breathalyser tests, the legal limit of alcohol is 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.

Crew Manager Andy Turner of Bolton Central Fire Station confirmed two fire engines attended the incident.
He said: "There were two pumps from Bolton Central. It was at 23.38.
"The driver wasn't trapped, we quickly assessed and left him with the ambulance and police."
A spokesman for GMP Bolton North said: "The driver was found to be nearly three times over the legal limit of alcohol."
Driving or attempting to drive while above the legal limit or unfit through drink can carry a punishment of six months’ imprisonment, an unlimited fine and/or a driving ban of at least one year, or three years if convicted twice in 10 years.
