Dave said: “It’s been really good and really busy - we’ve had lots of golf weekends for the club.

“I was at Shore Hill before I was approached by Angela and Jason and now I run the back of house operation here.

“The opening was excellent too, we had a few weeks preparation and it’s been growing like this all summer.”

The restaurant follows an emerald, green theme with soft cushioned seats and booths and ample space between tables.

A fireplace and hearth is decorated with plants and lights.

A separate bar is also located on site.

Dave said: “This is a very different venue to the Egerton one, where I live near.

“We have had such good feedback and I think the setting of this restaurant and the stunning views creates like a little oasis in Bolton, where you can get away from the town coming up to a track and yet it’s still ten minutes from the town.”
