Bolton based K3 Capital Group PLC, has appointed a new chief people officer.

Louise Roberts has added to the group’s more than 575 staff across seven countries globally.

She joins K3 from Florence, a technology and recruitment start-up where she was also chief people officer, and will take responsibility for HR strategy across the entire K3 Capital Group.

Ian Symes, Group Managing Director, said: “Louise will help us to ensure that we can acquire, develop, and retain the best talent to help drive our ambitious growth plans.

“Louise’s boasts previous HR leadership roles at InMoment and Orbit, as well as a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Liverpool and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Established in Bolton, where it still operates out of its head office, in 1998, K3 Capital Group recently announced record revenues, up 50 per cent year-on-year, and profits in its latest full year results.

The Group has operations throughout the UK, across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean, with services provided falling into three key operating divisions: Business Sales, Tax, and Restructuring.
