Residents are invited to a police team surgery which will be held on Saturday.
The street surgery will be held at the Lidl on Derby Street, Rumworth between 1pm and 2pm this afternoon.
People living in the area will be invited to discuss the issues affecting their community and raise any concerns they may have about crime or anti-social behaviour that may be impacting on them.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “The Rumworth Neighbourhood Team are holding a street surgery at LIDL Derby Street between 1pm and 2pm.
“Please come over for a chat to discuss crimes and anti-social behaviour occurring in your area.”
GMP hold similar surgeries regularly across the Bolton area and more broadly around the city region on a regular basis.
They are intended to give people an opportunity to speak to police about the broader issues as well as specific concerns that are of particular importance in the communities in question.
Anyone concerned about crime or anti-social behaviour in their communities can call police on 101 or can call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Members of the public are advised to always call 999 as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.
