Children who are in hospital during this festive season did not miss out on the fun of enjoying a Christmas show.
For the Octagon created a digital version of their festive production, A Christmas Carol, to be enjoyed by youngsters and their families.
The video was then shared with families in the Children's Ward who were unable to physically visit the theatre in person.
Bridget Thomas, Divisional Nursing Director for Family Care Division at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust thanked the company for the joy that the digital version has brought and will continue to bring.
She said: “I’m so pleased that our children and families are going to be able to watch this fantastic production.
“I loved it, and I know it will bring a lot of joy to our ward.”
