Free events to get people active are taking place across Bolton.
Public Health is staging Active Lives events with opportunities to increase physical activity, move more and help improve health and wellbeing – whatever age or ability.
There will be a range of activities ongoing across four locations including High Street Library, Castle Hill Youth Centre, Central Library and Bolton Arena.
At the events there will be free refreshments and food, free bike assessments and basic repairs, kids arts and crafts, discounts and freebies, health checks including blood pressure, and much more.

The idea behind the events is for people to have their voice heard about how to get people more active
The events will take place at High St Library. High Street Bolton BL3 6SZ on Tuesday January 24, 4pm - 7pm.
Castle Hill Youth Centre. Castleton Street Bolton BL2 2JW on Monday January 30, 4pm - 7pm.
Central Library in the Crompton Place Shopping Centre Bolton BL1 1DF on Friday February 3 from 11.30am - 2.30pm.
And Bolton Arena. Arena Approach Horwich Bolton BL6 6LB, Monday February 27, 4pm - 7pm.
