A Bolton man has been sentenced for failing to identify the driver of a vehicle to police.
Golfam Hussain was required to name the driver of an Audi, who was alleged to have committed the offence in Preston But Preston Magistrates Court found the 24-year-old failed to do so.
Hussain did not attend at court when the case against him was proven.
The offence took place in July last year.
Following the outcome, Hussain, of Chetwood Drive, Bolton, was hit with a fine of £660.
He was also ordered to pay further costs of £90 and given six points on his licence.
