Food hygiene inspectors have rated one eatery in the latest round of inspections.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have rated Chips R Us, a takeaway at 14 Tonge Old Road, Bolton, a score of two out of five after an assessment on April 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

The inspection report states the management of food safety is good whilst improvement is necessary for both the hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
It means that of Bolton's 375 takeaways with ratings, 141 (38 per cent) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
