An Italian food festival is returning to Manchester this weekend and it’s free to attend.
Festa Italiana brings live music, street food, cookery demonstrations and more to Manchester’s city centre.
This year’s celebrations are expected to be bigger and better than the festival in 2022 which saw 40,000 people enjoy the festival piazza in Cathedral Gardens, according to the Festa Italiana website.

It will take place in Manchester over a weekend this summer from August 25 to 27 and you can find out more information about the food festival via the website.
It’s free entry and begins at midday and ends at 11pm each day.

Italian chefs and masterclasses will be at the live cookery theatre throughout the weekend.
