A family fun nature walk will be brought to life with a storyteller at Bolton’s historic hall.

The ticketed event is to mark World Environmental Day.

Intrepid storyteller Adam Blake will create a new family fun story at Smithills Hall.

One that is completely improvised, and never heard before.

It will be 100 per cent made up on the day and inspired by the Smithills Estate and World Environment Day.

Working as a team, the audience will accompany Adam on a walk around the local area, all contributing to the creation of a unique story, by taking inspiration from the surrounding nature.

People will be asked to collect natural objects on the adventure to use in the art session.

It is recommended for children five and above.

Tickets are needed for each child taking part in the walk and art session.

It will take place on June 4 from 11am-2pm at Smithills Hall.

Tickets will cost £6.50 per child and can be booked on the Eventbrite website.
