Fans having been queuing since this morning hoping to get the best "seat" in the house as P!NK takes to the stage in Bolton tonight.

The popstar starts her world tour, Summer Carnival at the University of Bolton stadium.

Fans have been lining the sides of the stadium since before 11am as they eagerly wait to be in the standing section of the stadium, just steps away from the American singer.

Travelling from Ireland, Chester and Liverpool and just down the road, fans have shared their excitement with the Bolton News.

Jackie Boddy, 53, and Chelsea Boden, 21, have travelled up to Bolton from Chester.

The pair decided to get to the stadium at 11am this morning to queue up and prepare themselves for the concert, they are hoping to be at the barrier as they have standing tickets right at the front in the gold circle.

And for Jackie in particular, she cannot wait for the concert to begin as it is the first time, she will have ever attended a concert.

Jackie said: “We have come here from Chester, and we arrived here about 11am, we are so excited, it is my first concert.

“I had two bucket lists; one was this and one was Graceland.

“So here I am, I am so so so excited.

“I am 53 and it is my first concert and I wish it wasn’t, but it is but being a foster parent, a nanny, a mum, and I still have my son and grandkids living at home, I feel like I am freer now to head out and enjoy a concert.

Chelsea said: “I have seen P!NK once already in Manchester and I have loved her since I was a kid.

“I remember watching the fun house DVD in my bedroom every night when I was a kid and this is the first time, I will be seeing her front row, glad I got here early.”

Lynsey Kelly, 28, and Janet Kelly, 55, have travelled from Liverpool this morning to see the icon on stage.

Janet has previously been to two P!NK concerts and has all of her CD’s and is constantly playing her music.

Speaking about her excitement she said: “I have been to see P!NK twice before and I just cant wait to see her again, I am a big fan of her, I have got every CD and she is constantly on.

“If the show is anything like her last shows, it is going to be brilliant.”

A trio of guests will accompany P!NK for two nights at the University of Bolton Stadium which include DJ and producer KidCutUp who will get the party started and is well known to the P!NK audience as he was special guest on the "Beautiful Trauma World Tour".

Hot off the back of her viral breakout single "abcdefu", 17-year-old Nashville born singer-songwriter GAYLE will be making her first UK live show appearance since her Reading and Leeds festival appearances in 2022.

Irish rock band The Script will also be playing hits from their 14-year career which has seen them score five UK number one albums, 30m single sales, 11m album sales, 13m monthly Spotify listeners, more than 6bn streams, and 2m tickets sold across headline shows globally.

The concerts will be held in the stadium, with music starting at 5.30pm and finishing by 11pm on each day.

We hope everyone attending the concerts, has the best time!
