Firefighters were called to the scene of a house fire yesterday.
At around 8.10pm last night (June 9), two fire engines from Chorley and Horwich were called to a fire in a house on Albion Walk, Chorley.
Crews used breathing apparatus, one hose reel and pressure ventilation to battle the blaze.
They were on sire for around one hour and 30 minutes.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “On June 9, 2023 at 8.09pm, two fire engines from Chorley and Horwich attended a fire in a domestic property on Albion Walk, Chorley.
“Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and positive pressure ventilation to extinguish the fire. Crews remained on scene for one hour and thirty minutes.”
