Menopause sessions are back again at a popular café in Westhoughton after proving to be a hit.

Expert doctors will be on hand to answer all things menopause at the coffee shop with a twist - Self.

Nicky Gillon opened Self to offer something more to people, after successfully running We Are The Kitchen in Westhoughton for five years.

She says that she wanted people to be able to talk freely about menopause in a safe space without it being too uncomfortable to talk about.

People will also be able to share their own stories if they feel comfortable.

One of her main aims is to help remove the stigma.

Places can be secured by sending a direct message to the official Facebook page or by popping in.

It will take place on Tuesday July 18 from 6pm, which is usually held once a month.
