Food hygiene inspectors have rated four eateries in Bolton in the latest round of inspections, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have rated one eatery a four out of five, one eatery a three out of five, one eatery a two out of five and one eatery a one out of five.

Retreat at 321 Chorley New Road, Bolton, was rated a four out of five hygiene rating after inspection on May 12.

The inspection report states both the hygienic food handling, and the management of food safety are good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building is generally satisfactory.

Finally, Roman Pizzeria at 156-158 Derby Street, Bolton, was rated a one after inspection on May 13.
