McDonald’s is giving customers the chance to save on their food order on Monday (July 31) with two deals.

The Double McMuffin will be available for £1.99, a saving of £1.60 – ideal if you’re looking forward to a breakfast treat.

From 11am, customers can get their hands on a Quarter Pounder with Cheese for £1.49 – better than half price as it usually costs £4.49.

When buying these two items, customers will still be able to earn points if they’re signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards.

The scheme means that every penny a customer spends is turned into a Reward point which can be turned into free food.

This week’s offers will earn customers 199 points if they buy a Double McMuffin on Monday or 149 points when buying a Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

All deals are available exclusively via the McDonald’s app which is available to download via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

You can see the terms and conditions of the offers via the McDonald’s website.

When customers reach 1,500 points, they can choose from menu items including small Fries, a Hash Brown, a regular Cold Soft Drink or a Side Salad.

Once they hit 2,500 points, they can grab a Double Cheeseburger, Vegetable Deluxe or Apple Pie while 4,000 can get them items such as 6 Chicken McNuggets, a Big Mac or Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's.

A new 5,500 points milestone has been added meaning with 5,500 points customers can get a Mighty McMuffin, a McSpicy, a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese or a McCrispy.

Customers can also opt to donate the cash equivalent of their points to charities including FareShare, to support the company’s commitment to reducing food poverty and waste in the UK.

McDonald’s breakfast is available from 5am-11am daily while the lunchtime menu starts from 11am daily.
