IT has been revealed that another Bolton town centre store could be under threat after Wilko revealed it is on the brink of going out of business.

The retailer, which currently has a shop on Deansgate in the town centre, announced on Thursday that it is planning to appoint administrators, putting 12,000 jobs across the country at risk.

It comes after the town centre had lost the Marks and Spencer store when it closed several months ago.

But it prompted us to take a step back in time to find photos of when shopping favourite Woolworths was on the same site.

It closed back in 2009, but plenty of our readers will remember going there for all their shopping needs whether that was for CDs or even the Pick n Mix.

We want our readers to share their memories of Woolworths - whether you still have an old CD you bought there or any nostalgic Woolies items or even if you worked there?
