An ice cream shop in Ramsbottom is celebrating 10 years of serving the town.
Mrs P's Luxury Ice Cream and Coffee House, a family-run business on Market Place, first opened its doors in 2013.
Mother and son team, directors Jane and James Pritchard, from Ramsbottom, went into business after believing that the town needed its own ice cream shop to attract more visitors.
The shop offers up to 20 different flavours of ice cream with new one offered every week.
Popular choices include Amaretto and cherry, white chocolate and raspberry, and jammy dodger as well as a host of dairy free options.
Passers-by can enjoy sitting outside, next to a large deckchair.
Upon reflection, James said the business has "lots of visitors and young families" enjoying their delicious treats.
He said: "We’re happy to see the festivals returning after Covid, Sunday makers market and Friday Night Bite all starting up too.
"We get a lot of people coming down after climbing Holcombe Hill for a rewarding treat on bright sunny days."
The business has praised its loyal consumers for their custom ovet the years.
Like many other firms, Mrs P’s had suffered under the economic impact of Covid and the subsequent cost of living crisis.
The cafe turned to takeaway orders to survive and relied on its committed patrons for continued support.
Sharing a video of its journey in the last decade on Facebook, a company spokesperson added: "Thank you to all our loyal customers for supporting us over the decade."
