Their whereabouts are unknown despite several arrest attempts having been made.
Acting Chief Supt Steph Parker from the Bolton division said: "Anybody found harbouring any wanted person or helping them to evade justice will be arrested themselves and face possible court action and a criminal record."
Jason Wadsworth, 28, wanted on recall to prison.
Hud Omar, 36, wanted on recall to prison.
Roy Adair, 49, wanted for failing to appear at Wigan Magistrates Court.
Bilal Mohammed, 27, wanted for failing to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
