“Officers from the #Bolton North Neighbourhood Team have been trying to locate a male wanted on recall to prison since the 8th August 2023. He has been aware that he is wanted and has teased us that he will hand himself in - but he never did.

“As he failed to meet his promise to come to us, we have had to go to him. After numerous enquiries, his luck ran out this afternoon after we located him at an address in Halliwell.
