Popular review site Tripadvisor has shared its Autumn Travel Index, revealing the top travel trends of the season.
While many Brits will choose to travel abroad, there is still a significant portion looking for a staycation.
According to the research, 85% of UK travellers have between one and two trips planned between September and November with 60% planning on going abroad.

However, 40% of British citizens are looking to travel within the country as popular spots like London, Blackpool and Edinburgh make the top of the list.
