New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Bolton’s takeaways.

Greens Sandwich Bar at 61 Gladstone Road, Farnworth, was rated five after inspection on October 4, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Nadiis Diner at 46 Bridge Street, Bolton, received a three-star score after an inspection on October 3.

Flower Takeaway at 175 Crescent Road, Bolton, was given three stars after an inspection on September 1.

Riahan Indian Tandoori, a takeaway at 220 Albert Road, Farnworth, was given a score of two out of five after assessment on August 29.

It means that of Bolton's 365 similar establishments with ratings, 146 (40 per cent) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
