Bolton GP Federation has joined more than 12,000 employers in the UK by becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer.
Greater Manchester is aiming to become the first city-region to pay all employees a real Living Wage and people who work for the federation are guaranteed to be paid a wage rate based on the cost of living.
