New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Bolton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Examining hygienic food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, food hygiene inspectors have rated one eatery a five out of five, one eatery a four out of five and one eatery a three out of five hygiene rating.

One fast food takeaway has been awarded a five out of five hygiene rating.

The inspection report on the Food Standards Agency website states the eatery is good in all areas.

A food hall has been rated a four by food hygiene inspectors.

The inspection report states the hygienic food handling is very good, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building is good, and the management of food safety is generally satisfactory.

Finally, one takeaway has been handed a three out of five after inspection.

The eatery’s inspection report states the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building are good whilst the hygienic food handling and the management of food safety are both generally satisfactory.
