A Bolton man has been penalised for an attack on a woman in Blackpool.
Jason Brooks carried out the attack in April this year.
The 53-year-old admitted the assault by beating at Blackpool Magistrates Court.
Following this he was given a fine of £474 and ordered to pay further costs of £275.
The court took the guilty plea which Brooks, from Netherfield Road, Great Lever, Bolton, entered into account when it determined the sentence which it would impose.
