Police are hunting the driver of this car who raced away after seeing them.
The car has been seized after it was abandoned in Breightmet this evening.
Officers say the spotted the car being drive on Newby Road.
A spokesman for GMP Bolton North said: "Officers from the
Bolton North Neighbourhood Team have seized this vehicle from Highwood Close in Breightmet this evening.
"The vehicle was seen being driven along Newby Road and on seeing the police vehicle turn around, it made off at high speed. Officers found it abandoned and have seized it for having no insurance.
"Enquiries are on going to identify the driver to prosecute them."
